What’s included in the standard rental package?
Our base rental includes 15 round folding tables (60″ diameter), 120 white resin folding chairs, your choice of black or white linens, and two garbage bins with 4 liners — all delivered to your event site in our van.
Do you setup and takedown the tables and chairs?
Yes! For an additional fee, we offer full setup and takedown of all rented items. This add-on can be selected when you book.
How far will you deliver, what is your service area?
We’re based in Cedar City and serve most of southern Utah. Delivery up to 25 miles is included. For events farther away, we charge a small mileage-based fee — just let us know your location when booking.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We understand that accidents happen. Minor wear is expected and included in your rental. However, significant damage or missing items may result in a replacement fee. We’re always fair and transparent — we’ll let you know exactly what to expect before your event.
Do I need to clean anything before returning?
We ask that chairs and tables be reasonably clean and free of trash or food debris. If we’re handling takedown, we’ll take care of all of that for you. Linens can be returned dirty — we handle the laundry.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, we require a $200 deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one week before the event.
