How can I get a quote for my event?
To receive a quote, please contact us through our website or give us a call. Provide details about your event, including the date and location and we will respond promptly with a tailored quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy allows for full refunds if canceled at least 14 days before the event. Cancellations made within 14 days may incur a fee, depending on the circumstances. Please refer to our refunds page for more details.
Do you offer delivery and setup services?
Yes, we provide delivery and setup services for all rental items. Our team will ensure everything is set up according to your specifications, allowing you to focus on enjoying your event. Setup service is extra.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. For larger events, we can also discuss payment plans to accommodate your needs.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, we have a minimum rental period of 20 hours for all equipment. This ensures that we can provide the best service and availability for your event.
