We offer one comprehensive, all-inclusive package designed to provide everything you need for a beautiful gathering, delivered directly to your event. Our transparent pricing ensures you know exactly what to expect.

  • Backroad Gatherings Signature Event Package:

      • 15 Round Folding Tables (60″)
      • 2 rectangular 72″ folding tables
      • 120 White Folding Chairs
      • Your choice of Black or White Tablecloths (for all 17 tables)
      • 2 Large Capacity Garbage Bins + 4 complimentary liners
      • Price: $500.00 per day
  • Optional Add-Ons (Enhance Your Experience):
    • Extend Your Celebration: Second Day Rental: +$300.00
      • Keep the party going! Add an extra 24 hours to your rental period for extended enjoyment. (up to 3 days total)
    • Stress-Free Setup & Takedown Service: +$250.00
      • Let us handle all the heavy lifting. Our team will meticulously arrange your tables and chairs according to your layout, drape linens, and efficiently clear everything away after your event.
  • Delivery & Pickup:
    • Complimentary delivery and pickup is included within our standard service area 40-mile radius from Cedar City.
    • For locations beyond our standard area, an additional charge of $4.00 per mile applies.

  • Security Deposit:
    • A refundable $200.00 Security/Damage Deposit is required upon booking. This deposit is returned after your event, provided all items are returned in good condition.

  • 15 Round Lifetime Branded Commercial Folding Tables (60″): Sturdy and elegant, designed for easy setup and versatile seating arrangements.
  • 120 White Resin Folding Chairs: Comfortable and clean, complementing any event aesthetic.
  • 2 Rectangular folding tables (72″)
  • Your Choice of Black or White Tablecloths: Our premium 100% polyester linens arrive pristine, ready to transform your tables.
  • 2 Large Capacity Garbage Bins: Plus 4 complimentary liners, for convenient waste management throughout your event.

Seamless Delivery & Pickup

We understand that event logistics can be challenging, which is why we handle the heavy lifting for you. Our reliable delivery service ensures your rental items arrive punctually and in perfect condition, directly to your event location. After your celebration, we’ll return to efficiently pick up all items.

Elevate your event experience by letting us handle all the physical work. Our optional setup and takedown service allows you to relax and enjoy your day from start to finish.

Stress-Free Setup: We will arrange all tables and chairs exactly as per your desired layout, and meticulously drape all linens, creating your perfect event space.

Efficient Takedown: Once your event concludes, our team will quickly and efficiently dismantle and pack all rental items, leaving your venue clean and clear.

Focus on Your Guests: This service is designed to remove all logistical burdens, ensuring you can fully immerse yourself in your celebration.
